Amy’s Offerings
I teach vinyasa yoga with a focus on alignment and feel good movements. Every body is different, and I am passionate about helping students find movements that work for them.
I also lead mindfulness meditations and pranayama (breathwork) to help promote steadiness of the mind. I specialize in using the process of enjoying a cup of tea as a way to help anchor the mind and attach a sense of mindfulness in our everyday actions.
