Hello, I’m Amy.

Let me help you find ease in your body through movement and mindfulness

I have found yoga several times in my life, and it was always during times when I wanted to find more comfort in my own body. The practice has always been a solace to me, but it wasn’t until I started practicing it more consistently that I noticed how it was affecting my mind as well.

'“Yoga” means “to yoke” in Sanskrit, as in to bring the body, mind, and soul together as one. The practice taught me how to notice the nuances within me, to notice and strengthen the mind-body connection. I want to share what I’ve learned over the years to those who are interested or simply curious.

I am a writer, a yoga teacher, and a nature-lover. I am a lover of tea and philosophy (particularly Eastern Philosophy).

Join me in Vinyasa flows and tea meditations, and can discuss the Dao and the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
